The Albanese Organization, a full-service real estate firm, came to us with an exciting project to brand and help create an identity for its newest endeavor in Chelsea, The Vanguard. After establishing the building’s logo design, we created signage, floorplans, folders, outdoor banners, and other promotional elements. Beyond The Vanguard Chelsea, we have worked with Albanese on a number of marketing collateral for their other Manhattan residential properties, The Verdesian and The Solaire. Our various joint projects have included promotional pieces, corporate offers, e-blasts, online advertisements, and business cards.
