We know that every brand and every project is unique, so we’ll set up a time to chat. Whether it’s in person at our Tribeca studio, at your office in NYC, or over the phone - we’ll spend about an hour talking about your design needs to get a solid idea of how we can best work together.
Within a week, you’ll receive a comprehensive proposal that outlines the project(s) we’ll be working on. It will include an estimated timeline along with pricing and a contract for you to sign off on. If all looks good, you’ll sign it and send it back with a 25% deposit to get the ball rolling!
This is the fun part! We get to work creating for you. We love it when clients are part of the creative process, so we’ll have lots of open conversations to make sure that we are on the same page as far as vision and scope. You can choose to be involved in the process as much (or as little) as you’d like.
Once the project is complete and you sign off on your final proofs, your remaining balance is due. We deliver all the necessary files, printed pieces, etc. to you to take out into the world. Should your team require it, we also offer tutorials and support so that your vision is perfectly executed.
